The Mindfulness Toolkit Episodes 1-10

In the first episode, we find out how the brain works when we are angry or anxious and how we can re-wire it to relax, reflect and make more mindful choices. Other episodes cover subjects such as Empathy, Mood, Gratitude, Kindness, Core Breathing, Reflect and Respect. Each episode is between 1-4 minutes in duration.
