Four Corners - Double Jeopardy

Does the legal system abuse the victims of child sexual abuse all over again? Some of Australia's top judges, prosecutors, defence lawyers and victims themselves say it does. In fact they tell Four Corners they wouldn't put their own children through the ordeal of a trial. Peter George investigates why so few complaints of child sexual abuse ever result in a conviction at trial. Less than eight per cent, one study reports.
