Donald Friend - Prodigal Australian

Donald Friend tells of his adventurous life to John Olsen. The Australian artist ran away from home during the depression; shared a flat with Peter Finch in Sydney's bohemian quarter; sailed to Africa in 1938 and became advisor to the King of Ikerre in Nigeria. He lived in Bali for 15 years where he was known as Tuan Rak Shasa (Lord Devil).
