Compass - Steiner's Way
When most Australians hear the name Rudolf Steiner they probably think first of education, specifically schools which offer an alternative way of learning.
Very few of us are familiar with the beliefs behind those teaching methods, or the whole raft of other endeavours that have been touched by the work of this original and energetic thinker.
By 1924 he'd founded the Anthroposophical society which embodied his philosophical and spiritual beliefs. While he saw his work as deeply spiritual, he didn't want to be dubbed religious or sectarian, preferring to see Anthroposophy as a universal science of the spirit, with an emphasis on the practical application of spirituality.
This program examines some of Steiner's beliefs and the way they've been broadly applied.
This program is released for non theatrical use within educational, government and business organisations. Additional payments under a Screenrights licence are not required. Please contact us for Exhibition or Streaming Licences.
