The exciting line-up on ABC Commercial’s new-to-market factual slate is topped by the ratings smash from Lune Media - Fight for Planet A: Our Climate Challenge (HD 3 x 60’). This engaging new program, with immediate action at its heart, follows five diverse households as they take a positive approach to reducing our carbon footprint, helping to protect our planet for future generations.

From EQ Media Group, The Time Traveller’s Guide to the Galaxy (HD 6 x 60’) explores mankind’s insatiable desire to break loose the shackles of earth and journey deep into time and space, and features some of the world’s sharpest and most innovative cosmic thinkers.

Adding to the already successful natural history portfolio from Wildbear Entertainment, Australia’s Wild Treasures (HD 6 x 60’) takes a captivating look at six unique places of ecological significance and natural beauty - from the Great Barrier Reef to the mysterious Red Centre, from Kakadu in the Top End to the majestic Australian Alps, from the Ancient Rainforests of the Daintree to Tasmania, a ‘world lost in time’ - where animals have adapted to their particular habitats, each amazing in their own way. Also, from Wildbear Entertainment, Australia’s Oceans (HD 3 x 60’) explores the three vast bodies of water – the Indian, the Pacific and the Southern Ocean – bridged by our vast continent.

From Blackwattle Films, Final Rendezvous (HD 1 x 60’) is a fascinating documentary about British-born Kay Marshall (code name ‘Sylvia’) - a woman who had no ambition to become a spy, but in the early 1960s found herself centre stage of one of the most important and intriguing Australian espionage cases of the Cold War.

Rounding off the factual slate is an inspiring story from Blackfella Films, Maralinga Tjarutja (HD 1 x 60’); the Maralinga people survive aggressive colonisation, including dispossession to enable atomic testing, and through their tenacious spirit and cultural strength fight to retain their country.

From the ABC’s award-winning Catalyst team comes Building Greener Cities/ (HD 1 x 60’), an intriguing look at how mankind can develop greener, more sustainable & efficient places to live.


Produced by Australian Broadcasting Corporation & Screen Australia, the spontaneous new comedy poking fun at life under lockdown, At Home Alone Together (HD 8 x 30’), is one of the world’s first Covid-19-inspired TV productions and parodies the surge in parenting, home improvement and wellness advice that has emerged during the pandemic.


Top of the scripted slate is Unless Pictures & Orange Entertainment Co’s cutting-edge new comedy Retrograde (HD 6 x 30), from co-creators Meg O’Connell (producer, co-writer on the Emmy-nominated Content) and Mark O’Toole (Squinters, Sando). Crossing humour with a layer of existential dread, Retrograde follows the topsy-turvy life of Maddie and thirtysomething her friends as they navigate the pandemic, partners and the new parameters of life – all from the safety of their very own virtual bar.

An enthralling tale of temptation and adventure from Fearless Productions Runaway Millionaires (HD 1 x 90), is a gripping true story of a young couple that fast-tracked their way out of financial strife, fleeing the country and taking with them millions in stolen money – courtesy of a banking error.


Unearthing food, culture, language and way of life through a tour through the Torres Strait Island region, Strait to the Plate (HD 5 x 30’) from Lone Star Company is an unprecedented screen event. Set against the turquoise blue sea, host Aaron Fa’aoso explores the tropical Islands that dot the Straits with their white sandy beaches, highlighting the unique communities of the region.

Gardening Australia (HD 40 x 60’) is the nation’s premier gardening and lifestyle show, providing practical, trustworthy advice to engage, inform and inspire audiences everywhere – demonstrating what can be achieved, no matter the skill level or home environment.

The sixth season of Back Roads (HD 8 x 30’) transports audiences to some of the nation’s most remote and inspiring communities, highlighting rural Australia’s trademark grit, generosity and humour.


Ambience Entertainment delivers For REAL! (HD 37 x 30’), an upbeat and energetic, live-action comedy for older kids which follows a group of teens running their own YouTube Channel. Also for the older kids is Prank You Very Much (HD 10 x 30’), an infectiously uplifting new show that allows kids to prank amazing people in their lives with epic surprises, as well as new seasons of Get It Together and What It’s Like.


Brand new to the pre-school slate is Teeny Tiny Stevies (HD 15 x 5’) from Love Your Records - a delightfully animated series of fun, creative and contemporary songs and music that small people love. Founded on a parent’s experience of teaching a young child difficult concepts, this warm animated series covers topics ranging from toilet training, sleeping through the night or helping explain the excitement of welcoming a new baby brother or sister.

The world’s favourite pre-school entertainers The Wiggles are back with the hotly anticipated third series of their most successful and popular series Ready, Steady, Wiggle! (HD 13 x 11’), and two fresh and fun standalone specials: Trains, Planes & The Big Red Car (HD 1 x 60’) and Fun and Games (HD 1 x 60’). Also for little ones is the third series of Play School’s Story Time (HD 17 x 4-8’), featuring more celebrity friends to help make story time special.
