RE-EXAMINING THE EVIDENCE THAT PUT A CHILD KILLER BEHIND BARS

This chilling documentary re-examines the case of convicted murderer Kathleen Folbigg, who is currently serving a 30-year jail sentence for killing all four of her infant children. Having exhausted all rights to appeal, Folbigg has her hopes pinned on the outcome of a petition seeking a judicial review of her case. Submitted three years ago to the NSW Attorney General’s department, the petition argues the medical evidence brought against Folbigg at trial was flawed.

For the first time since her conviction, Kathleen speaks out directly – about the case and the incriminating diary entries that were instrumental in securing the jury’s guilty verdict. Also featured is the former NSW Director of Public Prosecutions, who remains firm in his belief that the jury got it right.
